The vendor's metric sections on the dashboard provide comprehensive insights into vendor performance and status. It is divided into four key reports designed to help users monitor and evaluate vendor relationships effectively: Vendor Status, Vendor Trades, Vendor Ratings, and Spotlight Vendors.
VENDOR STATUS
The Vendor Status section of the dashboard displays the current status of all vendors within the system, providing a quick overview of their operational standing.
Status categories may include: "Approved," "Reviewing," "Suspended," "Registering," and, "Non-Verified" depending on your vendors' current statuses.
The vendor status graph illustrates the overall success of your vendor compliance program based on the distribution of vendor statuses.
While not all vendors will meet your company’s compliance requirements, a healthy vendor compliance program typically has a higher number of Approved vendors compared to those in other statuses.

Users can easily identify vendors by status and hover over the graph for a specific number of vendors in that status. (In 3.2 figure below)

Users can click on any section of the graph to take to them to a map of where vendors are located and a table that shows all vendors that are in that status.
For this example, "Reviewing" was clicked on (Figure 3.2) and in the table (Figure 3.3) the 21 vendors that are in reviewing are in view.

Users can filter out their lists further according to their preferences and also reset their filter calculations. Users can search the list for a specific vendor name.

Users can click on a specific vendor to view their information including their status, verification, company background, rating, insurance policies and where they are in the registration process (Figure 3.4)
