Contracts
The Contracts section of the dashboard is a list of all contracts that the client entered into VIVE to be housed in our system.
Use this article to learn how to:
- Edit general contract details, including names, dates, and values.
- Configure cancellation alerts and billing frequencies.
- Specify delivery methods for cancellation notices.
- Upload and manage contract files.

Click on "Active Contracts" to view the 4 contracts that are currently active. (Figure 2.2) will open the fully interactive Contract Management table. (Figure 2.3)

MANAGING CONTRACT INFORMATION
Managing contract information is essential for tracking important dates, financial commitments, and renewal terms. Users can click on the edit symbol (Figure 2.4) to open contract details (Figure 2.5) and adjust a contract name, modifying start and expiration dates, or uploading supporting documents, etc.

Definition of Terms
Contract Name* | Enter or update the name of the contract. |
Contract Start Date* |
Select or modify the start date of the contract. |
Contract Expiration Date* |
Select or modify the expiration date of the contract. |
Cancellation Alert Reminder Date |
Set a reminder date for contract cancellation alerts. |
Contract Billing Frequency |
Choose the billing frequency (e.g., Annually, Quarterly, Monthly). |
Delivery Method of Cancellation Notice | Select the preferred delivery method for cancellation notices from the dropdown list. |
Total Contract Value ($) |
Enter the total value of the contract. |
Early Termination Terms | Specify any applicable early termination terms. |
Contract Auto-Renews | Indicate whether the contract auto-renews (Yes/No toggle). |
Contract Files | Upload and manage contract-related files (e.g., PDFs, images, or other documents). |
Note: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be filled out to save changes.
