To locate a trusted vendor near your association, VIVE makes it easy to find VIVE-approved vendors based on trade categories and location. Whether you're searching for contractors, service providers, or specialists, the "Find New Vendors" feature helps streamline the process.

 

This article will walk you through the steps to:

• Access Vendors near your company’s managed associations
• Search for a specific Vendor
• Filter vendors by trade and approval status
• Use the interactive map
• View vendor details

 

Using the "Find New Vendors' Tab on the left menu you will be able to access a Map and list of vendors in VIVE's Library.

Finding Nearby Vendors in VIVE

Locate Vendors Near the Association

1. Click on the "Find New Vendors" icon to open the vendor search table. See (Understanding the Vendors Table)  for clarity of table definitions and terms.
2. Filter results by:
   • Vendor Trade – Select the relevant trade category.
   • Street Zipcode - Enter zip code to filter for new vendors nearby
   • VIVE Status – Choose "Approved" to display only VIVE-approved vendors.

 Use the Interactive Map

• Zoom In/Out: Use the + and – buttons to adjust the map for better visibility.
• View Vendor Details: Hover over vendor icons on the map to see detailed information about each vendor.

This method ensures you quickly find reliable, VIVE-approved vendors near your chosen association.
