Managing Vendor Contacts
Overview of the Contacts
The Contacts Tab in the Vendor Details section provides a complete list of all contacts associated with a vendor. This tab serves as a central hub for retrieving contact details, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, and roles within the vendor organization.
Users can search, sort, and download contact information, ensuring quick and efficient access to the right vendor representatives.
Accessing Vendor Contacts
Navigate to the Contacts
1. Log into VIVE and click the My Vendors tab on the left menu panel. Users should search for a specific vendor and click on that vendor.
2. Users should search for a specific vendor and click on that vendor.
3. Click on the tab labeled "Contacts" on the left panel menu.
4. View contact details for that vendor.
Searching & Sorting Contacts
The Contacts Tab allows users to:
- Search for specific contacts using a keyword (e.g., name, role, or email).
- Sort contacts in ascending or descending order by clicking on a column header.
- Filter contacts similar to the options available in the My Vendors Table.
Tip: Use the search bar to quickly locate a vendor contact by name or role.
Best Practices for Managing Vendor Contacts
✔ Review Contact Information: Regularly review vendor contacts to ensure you have the most up-to-date information for your business partners.
✔ Use Sorting and Filtering: Take advantage of sorting and filtering tools to quickly locate key contacts when needed.
✔ Download Contact Lists: Export contact lists for offline reference or to easily share with your internal teams.
