The Trades & Licenses Tab in the Vendor Details section provides essential information about the trades a vendor offers and the licenses they hold. This tab ensures that vendors meet the necessary trade qualifications and licensing requirements set by the management company.

Accessing the Trades & Licenses Tab
Step 1: Navigate to the Contacts Tab
1. Log into VIVE and click the My Vendors tab on the left menu panel. Users should search for a specific vendor and click on that vendor.
2. Users should search for a specific vendor and click on that vendor.
3. Click on the tab labeled "Trade & Licenses" on the left panel menu.
4. View "Trades & Licenses" details for that vendor.
The page will display a list of trades and licenses associated with the vendor.
Tip: Vendors can enter up to 11 trades during the registration process. The trades listed here reflect their selected service categories.
Viewing Vendor Trades & Licenses
The Trades & Licenses Table provides an overview of:
- Trade Categories – The services the vendor offers.
- License Information – License number, state and expiration date.
- License Image – A copy of the submitted license for verification.
How to View a Vendor's License
- Click the "View License" button to open the license image submitted by the vendor.
Best Practices for Managing Trades & Licenses

Verify Trade Listings:
Ensure vendors are only performing work for the trades listed on their profile. Vendors are not approved to perform services outside of their designated trade categories. -
Monitor License Expiration Dates:
Regularly check license expiration dates to confirm that vendors remain in compliance with local and state regulations.
