Rating
The sixth tab on the Vendor Details screen, is Ratings. The ratings tab allows the user to view a vendor’s existing rating score. The Overall Vendor Rating score is the average of all reviews provided. A vendor’s rating is visible to administrators and managers only. A vendor is unable to view their rating. This allows for users to feel comfortable leaving an honest review. In addition, the user can provide a rating of the vendor.
To add a rating, choose the “Add a Review” button and answer the 10 review questions. Ratings are based upon a 5-star rating system in which 5 stars is the highest possible rating and 1 star is the lowest possible rating. The user has the option to choose “N/A” if the question does not apply to the vendor. The total vendor review score is based upon the average of the star ratings provided for the 10 available options.
