Registration: Owner Information

Ownership percentage: Rules are as follows: A minimum of 15% ownership is required per owner and total ownership must equal at LEAST 85% to continue registration.

Complex ownership: If your business has complex ownership such as the ownership is another business, trust, or is employee-owned, if there is a "complex ownership" box, please check it. If the complex ownership box does not appear, this is the case when the business has less than 100 employees, enter the ownership informayion in the first and last name field. For example, if your business is owned by another business, enter that business name in the first and last name field and the date the business was established in the date field, or enter "employee-owned" or the name of the trust.
