Vendors can add as many users to their profile as they wish. In order to add a user, go to the Admin Icon in the menu and select "Manage Users."
The list of active users shows in the table below. To add a user, select the "Add User' button.
Enter the new user's information. All files with a red * are required. Once all fields are entered, press Save. The newly added user will receive an email to log into VIVE. The link is only good for 12 hours.
Please note, there may be only one Primary Contact. The Primary Contact cannot be deleted unless another Primary Contact is created first.
