Resetting Your Password
If you’ve forgotten your password or are unable to access your VIVE 2.0 account, you can easily request a password reset from the login page. Follow the instructions below to regain access to your account securely.
Step-by-Step: Resetting Your Password

Navigate to the VIVE login page at https://app.getvived.com/login.

Click on the blue "Forgot Password" link below the login fields.

Enter the email address associated with your VIVE account.

You will receive an email containing a secure, one-time login link.

Click the link within the email to access the reset screen and set a new password.
Password Security Requirements
To protect your account and data, VIVE requires all new passwords to meet the following complexity standards:

Minimum of 8 characters

At least 1 uppercase letter

At least 1 lowercase letter

At least 1 number
-
At least 1 special character from the following:
! @ # $ % ^ & *
Important Notes

The password reset link is valid for 24 hours from the time it is issued.

If the link has expired, repeat the process to generate a new one.
