Company Information in VIVE
VIVE administrators can view their company’s official information within the platform. Keeping this information accurate ensures seamless communication and compliance alignment across vendor and client operations. Please get in touch with VIVE if updates are required.
Accessing Company Information
To begin, follow these steps:

Go to https://app.getvived.com and log in with your administrator credentials.

From the left navigation menu, click Admin and then select Company.

This will open the Company Information page, where you can view your organization’s details.

Editing Company Information
Required Fields
Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be filled out in order to save changes. These typically include:

Legal Name

Country of Operation

Operating States: VIVE requires vendor license for the states in which your company operates only. Please make sure operating states is maintained if your company grows.

Street Address, City, State, and Zip Code
Additional Fields Include:

DBA (Doing Business As)
-
Office Phone and Fax Numbers
-
Company EIN (Tax ID #)
-
Website URL
-
Waiver Notes (for internal context or special exceptions)

Mailing Address, if different from street address (uncheck "Street Address & Mailing Address are the same" to enable entry)
