Managing Users in VIVE 2.0
VIVE administrators have full control over managing users within their organization’s account. Users are individuals who are granted access to view, manage, and interact with vendor records and site data based on their assigned permissions.
Keeping your user list accurate ensures the right team members have access to the right information—streamlining compliance oversight, vendor communications, and operational efficiency.
Accessing the User Management Panel

Go to https://app.getvived.com and log in with an Admin account.

From the left navigation menu, click Admin > Users.

The Admin – Users panel will open, displaying a list of all current users.
Adding a New User

Click the Add User button on the top right.

Fill out the required fields marked with a red asterisk (*):

First Name
-
Last Name
-
Email Address
-
Permission Group (choose from Admin or Vendor & Sites Manager)

-
Optional fields include phone number, job title, extension, and address.

If you'd like the user to receive weekly or daily status update emails, check the appropriate boxes.

Click Save User.
Note: Once saved, you must assign sites to this user if applicable. Click the Assign Sites button to proceed.
Assigning Site Access
Managers will only be able to view sites in which they are assigned. After saving the user:

Click Assign Sites.

A pop-up window will appear with a list of all available sites.

Check the box(es) next to the site(s) the user should have access to.

To assign all sites, click the checkbox in the header row.

Click Save.
-
A green success message will appear: “Successfully added site users.”
Permission Group Definitions
VIVE offers two types of user roles:
Admin
-
Full access to all features and settings in the VIVE platform.
-
Can add/remove vendors, modify compliance settings, manage users, and adjust company info.
-
Able to view signed vendor agreements, W-9s, and manage ratings and reporting.
Vendor & Sites Manager
-
Access is limited to their assigned sites.
-
Can search, rate, and view vendors, and run reports.
-
Cannot modify platform-wide settings or manage users.
Editing or Deleting a User

From the user list, click the pencil icon next to the user’s name to open their profile.

Make the necessary changes, then click Save User.

To remove a user entirely, click Delete User at the bottom of the profile screen.
Resending an Invite
If a user hasn't logged in within the required 24-hour activation period:

Open their user profile.
-
Click Resend Invite Email to send a new registration link.
Alternatively, the user may go to the login screen and use the Forgot Password option to generate a new activation link.
Security Note
-
New users must activate their account within 24 hours of receiving the invite email.

This time-sensitive process ensures high platform security.
