This area contains key business details such as your company’s legal name, Tax ID, mailing address, and contact information, which are used across the VIVE platform for vendor compliance, communication, and documentation purposes.
What You Can View
In the Business Profile section, you will be able to see:

Doing Business As (DBA)

Business Phone Number

Mailing & Physical Address

Tax Identification Number (EIN, SSN, or GST/HST)

Website URL (if applicable)

Uploaded Company Logo (if available)
This section serves as your centralized profile for all company-related identifiers within VIVE.
Editing Company Information
To protect data integrity and ensure proper review, company information cannot be modified directly through the dashboard.
If you need to update your company’s details (e.g., change of address, business name update, phone number change), please contact VIVE support:

Tips

Make sure the Legal Name matches your W-9 and official business registration documents.

If your company merges, rebrands, or updates its Tax ID, notify VIVE as soon as possible to avoid registration delays.
