Payment Methods
The Payment Methods section in VIVE allows vendors to securely store, manage, and update their credit card information for registration and renewal payments.
Accessing the Payment Methods Screen

Log in to https://app.getvived.com.

From the left-hand navigation menu, click on ADMIN.

Select PAYMENT METHODS to open the screen.
Managing Your Payment Methods
View Existing Cards

The screen will display all payment methods currently saved to your account.

Your default payment method will be marked as Default.
Add a New Payment Method

Click the Add a payment method box with the plus sign icon.

A secure entry form will appear for you to enter:

Cardholder Name
-
Credit/Debit Card Number
-
Expiration Date
-
CVV Code
-

Click Save to store the new card.
Note: You may have multiple cards saved, but only one can be set as the default at a time.
Update Existing Payment Information

To update an existing card, click Update Payment Information under the card details on the right-hand panel.

Enter the updated card details and save your changes.
Security Notes

All payment information is securely stored using industry-standard encryption.
