Client Compliance
The My Clients section in VIVE allows vendors to easily view all clients with whom they are registered and maintain an active relationship. This feature provides key compliance and contact information at a glance.
Accessing the My Clients Page

Log in to https://app.getvived.com.

From the left-hand navigation menu, click MY CLIENTS.

A list of all your associated clients will display, along with:

Legal Name
-
DBA
-
City and State
-
VIVE Status (e.g., Approved, Reviewing)

Renewal Date

You can use the search filters at the top of each column to narrow results by city, state, or client name.
📍 Tip: Use the map toggle at the top to visually see client locations across the U.S.
Viewing a Client's Details

- Click on any client name from the list to open their full profile.
- You’ll see the following sections:
- Legal Name, DBA, and Operating States
- Business Address
- VIVE Status and Renewal Date

Company Background Compliance Results, including:
- Business Verification Validation Results
- Government Watchlist Check Validation Results
- Insurance Compliance Results, including:
- General Liability Validation Results
- Auto Liability Validation Results
- Umbrella Liability Validation Results
- Workers' Compensation Validation Results
- Professional Liability Validation Results
What the Client Status Means

Approved – The vendor has met all compliance standards for that client.

Reviewing – VIVE is currently verifying documentation submitted during registration.

Suspended – The vendor did not meet or maintain required standards (e.g., expired insurance or license).
