Navigating the Dashboard
The Dashboard is the central hub of the VIVE 2.0 platform, providing vendors with a clear overview of tasks, client activity, bid opportunities, and important document submission details.
Accessing the Dashboard

Log in to https://app.getvived.com.

Upon login, you will be automatically directed to the Dashboard.

You can return to this view anytime by clicking the DASHBOARD option on the left-hand navigation menu.
Dashboard Widgets & Sections
To-Do
-
Displays immediate action items, including:
-
Renewals due with clients
-
New insurance or document requests
-

Click any task to go directly to the relevant vendor or client record.
My Clients
-
Displays your active client(s) along with current registration status (e.g., Reviewing, Approved).

Click the client name to open the detailed client profile.
Bids & Invites
-
Lists all open bid invitations extended by clients.
-
If no active bids exist, this panel will state: "No Bids/Invites."
Vendor Savings
-
Highlights exclusive vendor discounts, partnerships, or savings programs (e.g., ACE Hardware).

Scroll to view additional offers.
Document Submission

Provides instructions for submitting required documents:

Dashboard Actions
Renew With Client(s)

The orange "RENEW WITH CLIENT(S)" button at the top of the screen allows vendors to easily start the renewal process for any expiring relationships.
Register With Client(s)
- The orange "REGISTRATION" button at the top allows vendors to continue registration that they did not finish with a client.
Find New Clients

Click the "FIND NEW CLIENTS NOW" button in the "My Clients" widget to search for new opportunities within the VIVE platform.
Tips & Best Practices

Check your dashboard frequently to ensure no critical compliance items are missed.

Use the "To-Do" list as a workflow guide for staying up to date on registrations and document submissions.

Always include the vendor name in subject lines when emailing documents to VIVE for faster processing.
