Register with Additional Clients to Expand Your Business (Second Vendor Registration)
Vendors with an existing VIVE account may register with additional clients without needing to create a separate account. This allows vendors to manage all client relationships from a single VIVE profile.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Locate the Client's Registration Link
To begin, locate the specific registration link for the client you wish to add. These links are usually found on the client's website or can be provided by VIVE support. You can also browse the master list here:
2. Log In Using Your Existing VIVE Credentials
When you reach the client’s registration page:

Click the "Login to Add This Client" button.

Enter your email and password to log into your existing VIVE account.
3. Update and Submit Registration
Once logged in:

Previously entered company and contact information will auto-populate.

Make updates where needed.
Important Note: Any edits you make during this registration will apply to all clients linked to your account. For example, changing your list of trades or business address will update across your entire VIVE profile.
4. Complete the New Client's Registration Requirements

Fill out all registration steps.

Upload any required documentation.

Submit and save your information.
Each client has unique compliance standards. VIVE will perform a fresh review of your information based on the new client’s requirements.
