Send an Invitation to Register in VIVE

If you’re looking to invite a vendor or are looking to expand your vendor network, VIVE’s Invite Vendor feature makes sourcing trusted partners simple.

You can easily invite vendors near your association.

Once you input a vendor's details, VIVE will send them an invitation to register with your business.

Important: New vendors must complete their registration and achieve VIVE Approved status before they can be used for any services or work to ensure compliance with your company’s requirements.

Using the "Find New Vendors' Tab on the left menu, you will be able to access a map and list of vendors in VIVE's approved vendor library.
