Certificate Holder

This field is used to show who Proof of Insurance coverages are being provided to (not necessarily to whom the actual coverage applies to), and the mailing address to where this proof is to be sent via U.S. Mail. Typically, we want to see the same legal entity in the certificate holder field, as is shown in the contract with the Named Insured.
