If a user forgets their password or needs to reset their password, they may request a temporary password link from the VIVE login screen.
Go to https://app.getvived.com/login and click on the blue "Forgot Password" hyperlink. Enter the email address used to create the VIVE account and an email will be sent containing a link to log into the VIVE application. The user will be required to set a new password meeting the following password rules for security purposes.
The password must include:
- At least EIGHT characters
- At least ONE uppercase character
- At least ONE lowercase character
- At least ONE number
- At least ONE of the following special characters !@#$%^&*
The temporary link received is only good for 12 hours, also for security purposes. If the link has expired, a new "Forgot Password" request will need to be created.
Please note: If your company uses the single sign-on service, Connect, to log into VIVE, you will need to contact your internal Connect contact directly with login challenges.
