Registration Process
Registration with VIVE is done in a step by step wizard process. The user is required to complete each step of registration before moving on. Should the user not be able to complete a step and need to logout and return to registration at a later point, the application will save all entered data. Registration is required per each management client and the information will be reviewed by the VIVE Customer Service team for completeness and accuracy. For help during registration, the VIVE customer service team is available during regular business hours by phone or by online chat.
