How Vendors Register with VIVE
Vendors must register with VIVE for a specific client and cannot register through our main website. When we launch with a new client, VIVE contacts all existing vendors via email (if provided by the client) or USPS, supplying them with the client-specific registration link.
Many clients offer a VIVE Vendor registration page on their website, while others provide a unique URL for vendor registration. Please check with your company’s VIVE coordinator to confirm if a registration page is available.
Vendors must register through a client-specific registration link in order to complete the VIVE certification process. Vendors cannot register directly through the main VIVE website.
Registration Process Overview
When VIVE launches with a new client, existing vendors may be contacted through:

Email (if the client has provided a vendor contact list)

Postal mail (if no email is available)
Each communication includes a unique registration URL specific to that client.
Ways Vendors Can Be Invited to Register
1. Through the Client’s Website
Many clients host a VIVE Vendor Registration Page on their corporate website. Check with your internal VIVE Coordinator to confirm whether this option is available and where to find the correct link.
2. Manual Invitation by a Client User
To manually invite a vendor:

Navigate to MY VENDORS from the left-hand menu.

Click ADD NEW VENDOR.

Enter the vendor's contact email.

The vendor will receive an email invitation with their unique registration link.
