Navigating Fee Vouchers
1. Log into VIVE and click the My Vendors tab on the left menu panel. Users should search for a specific vendor and click on that vendor.

3. Click on the tab labeled "Contacts" on the left panel menu.
4. Click on the Admin tab at the bottom of the screen.
- If you do not see this tab, your account has not been granted administrator access.
Assigning a Fee Voucher to a Vendor
To grant a vendor free registration, follow these steps:
- Click on the "Add Fee Voucher To Vendor" button.
- A confirmation message will appear—click Confirm.
- The vendor will be exempt from registration fees and can proceed with compliance approval.
Note: If Fee Vouchers are unavailable, contact VIVE Customer Service to check for eligibility.
Undoing a Fee Voucher (Charging the Vendor)
If a Fee Voucher was assigned in error or needs to be removed, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Vendor Details screen.
- Click on the "Charge Vendor" button.
- A confirmation message will appear—click Confirm.
- The vendor will now be required to pay the standard registration fee before proceeding with compliance approval.
Important: Vendors must be notified if their Fee Voucher is revoked, as they will need to complete payment to continue registration.

1. Who can assign a Fee Voucher?
