Managing Vendors in Sites
If you need to see which vendors are assigned to a specific site in your VIVE portal, follow these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the Sites Module
From the left-hand side menu, click on “SITES.”
You'll be taken to a list of all your managed sites.
Use the filters or search bar if needed to locate the desired site.
Find the site you're looking for (e.g., Richardson HOA).
Click the eye icon (👁) under the “Actions” column to open that site’s details page.
Step 2 : Expand the Vendors Section
In the Site Details page, look at the left-hand navigation bar.
Under “SITES,” click the dropdown arrow next to “VENDORS.”
Select the “VENDORS” option to view all vendors tied to the specific site.
Step 3: View Vendor Information
You will now see a full list of vendors associated with the selected site, including:
Vendor Name
DBA
VIVE Status (e.g., Approved, Suspended)
Sub Status
City and State
Click the trash icon 🗑 under the Actions column to unassign vendors if needed.
