VIVE stores three separate address types for your business: a Street Address, a Mailing Address, and a Remit-to Address. Each serves a distinct purpose. This article explains what each is used for and how to update them — including how to use the checkboxes to avoid re-entering the same address twice.
Understanding Your Three Addresses
When you click Edit in the Address Information section, you will see fields for three distinct addresses:
| Address Type | What It Is Used For |
| Street Address | Your physical business location. Used to verify your business presence and may appear in your vendor profile. |
| Mailing Address | Where general business correspondence is sent. This may be a P.O. Box or a separate office address. |
| Remit-to Address | Where payments are sent. Keep this current to ensure you receive payments without delay — this is the most important address to maintain. |
Using the Checkboxes to Copy Addresses
If two or more of your addresses are identical, VIVE provides checkboxes to auto-fill fields so you don't have to type the same address twice.

Step-by-Step Instructions
- Log in to your VIVE vendor account at app.getvived.com.
- In the sidebar, click "Admin," then select "Business Profile."
- Scroll to "Address Information" and click the blue "Edit" button in the upper-right.
- Enter your Street Address.
Fill in the Street Address, City, State, and Zip Code fields. - Enter your Mailing Address — or use the checkbox.
If your mailing address matches your street address, check "My mailing address is the same as my street address." Otherwise, enter it manually. - Enter your Remit-to Address — or use the checkbox.
If your remit-to address matches your mailing address, check "My remit-to address is the same as my mailing address." Otherwise, enter it manually. This is where payments are sent. - Click the blue "Confirm" button to save.
Your updated addresses take effect immediately in your Business Profile.
Frequently Asked Questions
All three of my addresses are the same. Do I need to enter them three times?
No. Enter your Street Address once, then check both checkboxes. VIVE will auto-populate the Mailing and Remit-to Address fields to match.
Can my remit-to address be a P.O. Box?
Yes. Your Remit-to Address can be any valid mailing address, including a P.O. Box, as long as it is where you want payments directed.
