Why do I need to register with VIVE?
VIVE is a vendor compliance company that screens vendors for property management firms. Your firm was identified by a client of VIVE as an active vendor that provides services to communities they manage. This service ensures all vendors meet minimum insurance, licensing, and background requirements set by our clients throughout the year. Once you are approved, your business will be entered into a database where managers can search for potential vendors and enlist them when sending a request for proposal on behalf of the associations they manage.
I’m already registered; how do I add another Client to my account?
- Log in to VIVE.
- Go to Find New Clients in the sidebar.
- Click Search and select from the grid of available Clients to register with.
What if I do not want to register with VIVE?
Participation in VIVE is ultimately your decision. However, we encourage you to carefully consider the benefits of registration. Maintaining an approved status with the client can help expand your business opportunities. Once approved, your company becomes visible to all employees within the client’s organization, not just your existing point of contact, which may lead to additional work and broader exposure.
Am I already registered with your system?
- Log in and go to Dashboard. Find “My Clients” on the dashboard. It will list your clients and your status with each client. Refer to Vendor Status in our help desk center for definitions.
- You will need to register again when adding a new client to your profile.
My Tax ID has changed. Do I need to register again?
- Since the new W-9 will present new corporate information, a new registration will be needed. You will need to start a new registration.
- If using the same email that already exists within VIVE, you will need to contact customer service.
Why do I have to pay again when I’m already in your system?
Each VIVE client requires a separate registration due to differing requirements and company-specific documentation. Once approved for a client, you are eligible to work on all properties that the client manages to help give visibility to your business for future work orders and bid opportunities.
