Where do I submit my Certificate of Insurance?
When registering, we ask that you provide your insurance agent's information so that they can send all the required documentation. Your insurance agent may respond to the email they received with your COI. We also accept submission of insurance documents at documents@getvived.com. For faster processing, please include your business name in the subject line.
Can I send my COI or does my agent have to?
- You or your agent can submit your certificate of insurance for review to documents@getvived.com or as a reply to the email you have received requesting this document. Ensure your insurance agent has signed your COI.
- Please note that the description of operations and certificate holder on the sample COI are fields required for approval.
Why is auto insurance required?
This requirement is set by the Property Management company for their vendors to meet. All requirements are given prior to the completion of registration with VIVE. Property managers require proof of commercial auto liability to ensure any vehicles you use on-site have coverage that protects both your business and their assets.
I don’t have this insurance; why is it needed?
Each coverage type (General Liability, Workers’ Comp, Auto, Professional Liability) protects against specific risks. This requirement is set by the Property Management company for their vendors to meet. All requirements are given prior to the completion of registration with VIVE.
Can you explain the insurance terminology?
We’ve added a glossary under Insurance Terminology in our help center to define terms like “aggregate limit,” “per occurrence,” and “endorsement, etc.

When/How will I know if I am approved?
- After you upload all required documents (W-9, license, COI, etc.), our team reviews them.
- You’ll receive an email notification and see your status update to Approved on your VIVE dashboard when all information is verified and meets compliance requirements. Wrong documentation could contribute to delays in approval.

When will I start receiving jobs?
Once you’re fully approved for a client (all docs accepted), your client will reach out to you directly if a job is needed.
