How to Submit Insurance Documents
You can submit your Certificate(s) of Insurance (COI) to VIVE in one of two ways:
1. Insurance Agent Responds to the VIVE Insurance Request Email
When your agent receives an email from VIVE requesting updated insurance information, they can reply directly to that email and attach the COI.
2. Send Directly to VIVE
Email your COI to documents@getvived.com.
🔹 For faster processing, include the vendor name in the subject line of the email (e.g., "ABC Plumbing – Insurance Submission").
What to Include
Make sure the following is attached and clearly provided in your submission:
Complete Certificate of Insurance (PDF format preferred)
All required policy types (General Liability, Workers’ Comp, Auto, etc.)
Endorsements if applicable (Additional Insured, Waiver of Subrogation, etc.)
The vendor's legal name
Additional Tips
Only submit finalized insurance documents. Drafts, Declaration Pages, or screenshots may delay processing.
Ensure all information on the certificate matches the business profile in VIVE.
