The vendor metrics section of the Dashboard provides comprehensive insights into vendor performance and status. It's divided into four key sections designed to help users monitor and evaluate vendor relationships effectively: Vendor Status, Vendor Trades, Vendor Ratings, and Spotlight Vendors.
Spotlight Vendors
The Spotlight Vendors section highlights vendors designated as key strategic partners. These vendors are assigned by client admin users.
Clients set their own ranking names and attributes in accordance with their company's standards. "Gold," "Silver," and "Bronze" are given as example rank names, but clients can use whatever terminology best suits their company. See Setting Company Rank for more information.
Click any spotlight vendor title to open a table listing all spotlight vendors assocated with the ranking.
For example, clicking the "Gold" ranking opens a table showing the 3 vendors who hold a "Gold" ranking.
